This lame looks great and works as it should. The only thing I would change, which is not a big deal, is the control over the tightness of the strap (the croissard) as it is a bit (just a bit) loose for my taste but not a deal breaker.

If your fencer needs a good lame but you don't want to spend too much, this is as good as it gets. My fencer has had a linea lame for 2 years without any issues. It's still in great condition but has outgrown it, so we decided to get a new one from the fencing post.
