These blades come in 3 Sizes: 2,4, and 5. As well as 3 flexibilities: Soft (S), Medium (M), and Stiff (D)
#2 and #4 ONLY come in Medium (M) flex. So if you chose a #2 or #4 it will come "M" Flex and NOT "S" or "D"
#5 blades come in "S" "M" or "D"
Feel free to leave a note if you need more clarification.

My kid loves this foil. I optioned the Allstar grip and clear pad. My kid reports the blade is balanced well and not too stiff to land a flick.

The “soft “ blade is stiff enough for good point control while being flexible enough to be great at the flick. Depending on your opponent , it often makes sense to switch weapons during a bout to better match an opponent’s style. This softer blade gives you that choice for better counter attacks and or better flicks without losing point control . I always carry one of each “stiff , medium and soft” . This particular soft weapon is by far my go to weapon.

Just took my maiden voyage with this blade and really like it. Well-balanced and flexible, but not whippy. I'd definitely recommend it!

My son has been only fencing for 6 months but progressing quickly, and his coach recommended we call The Fencing Post. I did, and the customer service representative (John) couldn’t have been better! I would buy again from The Fencing Post without hesitation. The kid says he really likes his new foil and that it’s more responsive.

Really good blade but a bit more difficult for point control because it's so flexible. Feels great in your hand.
Thanks so much to Saul and Vicky. They were incredibly kind and helpful, even putting together this blade for us mid-tournament, when our daughter'sblade broke. Five star service always. So appreciative.
