Like FWF foil lame, this lame is also made out of polyester-nickel fabric, which is quite soft and flexible when compared to fabrics with copper or steel threads. The fabric looks shiny and silver-like. FWF regards the fabric as brocade, which I think is an accurate description. I like the cuffs on this lame which are made of spandex and are of adequate size. One must be mindful of the sizing, since the fit is athletic. All in all, It is a comfortable quality lame, highly recommended.

I have only had this lame for a few weeks so the durability remains to be seen, but so far I am very happy with it. It is lightweight and comfortable, with an attractive bright white look. The waist is tapered so it is not as square and baggy as many other lames. It is polyester and nickel, and apparently hand-washable. The size I ordered based on the sizing guide was a decent fit, but slightly on the large size - going one lower than the recommendation may be a good idea if you prefer a more snug fit, as I do.
