I liked the grip better than I thought I would. Great thumb control and the base curves well into the palm for a "whole hand" feel. Suportive and never loose. Nice.

The Karma has a flatter and wider top for the thumb which provides excellent control between the thumb and the fingers.

As a saber fencer who uses finger action more than wrist action, I find this grip to be the best available. The shape of the grip (thicker at the bottom, flat at the thumb), together with just the right amount of friction with the glove, enables very quick, precise action. I've switched over to it entirely.
