Mask is great but back strap sucks

This is the second Uhlmann mask I have owned and the construction of the mask is good. It has good vision and is comfortable with the exception of the back strap which is too short for my head size. I complained to the supplier and they told me they were going to contact Uhlmann and see about getting bigger straps. I recently got the new strap in the mail and it is a lot better than the first one.
